A Truly Exquisite Stay

good breakfast flavor symphony genuine enthusiasm touching care

This hotel is more a restaurant offering rooms rather than the reverse. This detail elevated my experience. The food presented a symphony of flavors that danced upon my palate. Staff members acted with an enchanting blend of engagement and genuine enthusiasm, their care very touching. Breakfast was a fresh and good start to each day.

road noise interrupted sleep

the location was close to cruise terminals that met my expectations.

my room faced the road and i found the noise to be a problem at times. the windows provided only a small barrier to the outside world. sleep was interrupted more than once.

My room was very clean. It also had a nice tea and coffee station. The staff was polite and helpful. Joe gave me useful directions to historic sites.

The hotel charged me twice after my stay. The charges were £75 and £80. I contacted them and they said the £75 charge was a mistake.

Really good Service and Cleanliness

The breakfast was excellent , with perfectly cooked poached eggs and a full english breakfast. Fresh fruit , yogurt , granola , coffee , and juice were also available. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I secured a parking space at the rear of the hotel , which accommodates only five cars.

The room was immaculate and modern. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with thick fluffy towels. I was lucky to secure a parking spot at the rear of the hotel for £10 a day! Breakfast included a full English breakfast, fresh fruit, and Greek yogurt.
